How to order


Ordering is easy at Hairz. Here is a step by step instruction.
1.First browse our catalog or search for the item you desire. By clicking add button, it will be added into our basket.
Put all the desired items in the basket. When finished, you can click on basket button on the top navigation bar. There, you can edit the amount or remove the items. When ready, click on "Check Out" button on top right side of navigation bar.
2.When checking out, you can create an account for future convenience. Or, you can just click "place order without an order" hyperlink. 
Then, you will need to fill both billing and shipping information. Click "Continue" at the bottom right to go to shipping and payment selection page.
3. There, you will need to choose both shipping methods and payment methods from the drop down menu.
   
Payment Methods and Order Processing
       

Credit Card We accept Visa, Master, Discover, Amex card - Orders are processed real time - recommended for fastest delivery of an order.
Paypal  We accept Paypal - verified members only. For more info, go to http://www.paypal.com/
It may take a few days for the funds to be transferred to our account.
Customers can use e-check features with Paypal. - must become a verified member before e-check order. Customer must click on "back to merchant" icon after making a payment. It ensures your order information will be recorded on our server for processing.
Check We accept checks or money order. Customer must mail the payment after placing an order.
  Sorry, we do not support e-check or electronic check processing except with Paypal. 2 weeks hold for check orders.

Billing address has to be verified in order for us to process your order. We may require additional verification via email when orders cannot be verified fully by AVS (Address Verification System) and our proprietary fraud screen process. We recommend that you ship to your billing address for the payment you are using for immediate processing of orders except for APO/FPO addresses.

In addition, we ask for the security code whenever available. 
The card code is a three- or four- digit security code that is printed on the back of cards. The number typically appears at the end of the signature panel. This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain CVC2 by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain CVV2 by January 1, 2001.
For American Express, codes are on the front of the card



Shipping

Lead Time : 1-2 Business Days (Mon. - Fri.). It is the time that takes us to ready your order for shipping. Only UPS 2nd day air has the same day shipping priority. Orders must be place before 12:00 PM CST in order for us to process on the same day ( Monday through Friday Only).

* We are not offering 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping at the moment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

APO/FPO  5-14 Days normal (USPS does not guarantee any delivery dates)

Total delivery time: Lead time plus delivery time for verified orders.

International Order: Customers are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by their government such as taxes, brokerage fees, etc. For detailed information on these charge, consult with local postal service.


Charges


We charge credit card customer after shipments are made. However, debit card customers may see funds deducted right away. 
There will be $10 charges for address change or correction after shipments are made for your order. This fee is charged to us by our carrier (UPS). It is customer's responsibility to fill out the correct and complete address on your address form such as floor number and apartment number.
