Price Guarantee

Hairz Online guarantees the lowest price on the net.
If you find a lower price for the merchandise you purchased from us. Simply write or email us at service@hairz.com with the following information:

1. Site address for the lower price.
2. Name of the product.
3. Date of your purchase.
4. Order number.
5. Your email and mail addresses.

Claims must meet the following conditions.
1. The item must be exactly the same.
2. The site, you are referring, must be an online store and also be able to process credit transaction real time.
3. The price must be regular price. (sale price, closeout, quantity discount,etc. must not be applied.)
4. The price also must be available for general public. (not for specific groups; beauticians, wholesaler, retailer, etc.)

Upon reviewing the referring site, Hairz Online will either credit your account or issue a refund check for the amount of the difference. 

Return and Exchange

Wigs, braids, weaves : At Hairz Online, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed with any wig and hair purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping & handling) or exchange within 15 days of the shipping date of your order. There is a minimum restocking fee of $10 or 20% of purchase price, whichever is greater on all wig merchandise. Returned merchandise must have a RMA number on. All returns must be in new condition, not worn or altered with original package. All merchandise must have the original tag attached in original package. Otherwise, it will be returned to you, and you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Clippers : Hairz Online guarantees workmanship for 30 days of shipping date. If found defective, we will either replace with the identical item or issue a credit at our option. All returns must have RMA number and must have the original package and all the contents including a warranty card. Otherwise, it will be returned to you, and you are responsible for all shipping charges. After the return period expires, most items will be covered by manufacturer warranty.

Hair Products and others : You may return your hair products within 20 days of shipping date. Any used and opened hair products will not be accepted for a return or exchange. All returns must have RMA number. Otherwise, it will be returned to you, and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
